free shipping on all orders — drop 01.
ships within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. US orders only at this time. tracking number provided via email once shipped.
we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once shipped.
returns
we want you to love it. if something isn't right, here's how it works:
returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. customer is responsible for return shipping costs. we cover return shipping on defective or incorrect items.
to initiate a return, email us at hello@thesaybrand.com with your order number. refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
exchanges
need a different size? we'll make it right.
exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery for a different size. item must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. email hello@thesaybrand.com with your order number and the size you'd like. customer covers return shipping. we ship the exchange free of charge. exchanges are subject to availability.
