Refund policy

we get it — sometimes it doesn't fit, or it just doesn't feel right.

we accept returns on items that are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original, sellable condition. all returns must include the original packaging.

return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. to start the process, contact us at hello@thesaybrand.com with your order number to request a return authorization. returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. we cover return shipping on defective or incorrect items. once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

need a different size? exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery. email us with your order number and the size you'd like. you cover return shipping — we ship the exchange free.

please note: some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including limited-edition or final sale pieces. exchanges are subject to availability.
